Keith Washington - Kw [1998]

After 1993's successful You Make It Easy, five years passed before Keith Washington came out with another album. The passionate singer re-emerged on Silas Records in 1998 with his third album, KW. Containing mostly ballads and slow jams, the CD is very much in the late '90s neo-soul vein -- the production is high-tech and hip-hop-ish, but the singing is classic R&B. Washington often brings to mind Alexander O'Neal, and he also shows an awareness of Luther Vandross and Freddie Jackson. A few of the tracks are excellent, including the silky "I Love You" (a duet with Chanté Moore)...His sexy urban style shines through on every track. This CD is truly amazing.

Keith Washington - You Make It Easy [1993]

Keith has a wonderful voice this is a great piece of art work you rarely find artists like him today. This is an incredible cd this cd is good from start to finish. The best songs here are Let Me Make Love To You (a duet with Letitia Body), Stay In My Corner and the title track, all three of them romantic love songs. If you like smooth soul and R&B, Keith's your man and this album delivers the goodies.

Keith Washington - Make Time for Love [1991]

This album transcends time because it's still strong after so many years. If you are a romantic soul or a sentimental person this is the kind of R & B that's a must have. They don't come like this anymore.Washington was a smooth ballader in the vein of Jeffery Osborne & Luther Vandross a singer whose music you light some candles, cook dinner for your lady and let the CD ride out. "Kissing You" is without a doubt one of the best R&B songs ever. The ladies will love this album. Songs like "Make Time For Love", "Kissing You", "Are You Still In Love With Me", "When It Comes To You", "Lovers After All", and the bedroom song, "Closer", will definitely guarantee some love making sessions.....

Any real fan of good old fashion r&b should have it in their archives.

I'm from his hometown, one of my brothers and one of my sisters used to go to high school with him. Another crazy fact is his ex-wife used to write songs for him (she is now an author). Also his ex-wife is the first cousin (no relation to me) to one of my cousins.

I absolutely love(and really miss) Keith Washington's music/voice! I wish he would come back and put out another CD! He truly is the epitomy of R&B.

I have been searching the internet for months, for any updated information about him, what he is doing now, mainly if he is performing somewhere/anywhere that we could see him.

His music literally brought Hubby and I together and we'd love to see him perform. "Kissing You" was our wedding song in 1996.

Any help or thoughts? I'd even like to find an address to write to him, just to tell him how much his music affected me and persuaded me to say, "YES" to my Husbands marriage proposal!! :)

KW needs to come back and show the newer generation just how great he is. You can't duplicate that voice of his!!
