Steps Ahead released three albums under the name "Steps" before landing a domestic contract and changing their name to Steps Ahead. Two of those albums, 'Step By Step' and 'Paradox' are released here in this repackaged collection. For all those Steps Ahead fans out there who want to check out some of their earlier stuff - all in the 1970's jazzy nostalgia - then this one is for you. Most of what this group puts out is HEAT and their earlier material is clearly indicative of things to come from this group!
